Mr. Poppy HVAC & Electrical Customer Reviews Near Kensington, CA

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Mr. Poppy was incredibly easy to work with for our HVAC installation. The advisor was extremely helpful in working with us to find the right price, and they were able to get us on the schedule in less than a week. The installation team of Chuy and Edwin were great—they were professional, hard-working, and did a phenomenal job with the install. Highly recommend this team!

Very happy with our experience with Mr Poppy, and especially our lead Luis, Alex, and the full crew of Felipe, Chris, Jose, Leo and Edwin. They quoted us a fair price for a pretty extensive knob and tube rewire plus EV charger installation, were efficient and communicative throughout, super easy to work with. They were very thoughtful about keeping the house clean with ram board and plastic sheeting. Will definitely call them in the future if we need more electric work.

They do a really good job at home, make sure everything is working rigth and very professional, We really recomend Mr Poppy, Aaron, Chuy, Edwin and Brayam make the installation at home and they are nice guys, respecfull and hard workers, thank you

5 star quality and work ethnics. Very well done .

They were so responsive to my call. Misa came out same day and did a fabulous job installing a new outlet. He was polite, professional, very competent. He even identified an unsafe junction box in my basement and fixed it at no extra cost. I plan to have them install a vent in my laundry room next and would be happy for Misa to do the job.

Team Victor, Alejandro and Leo are fantastic! On time, easy to communicate with and such nice guys! Plus their work is exceptional. Best team ever!

Misa was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Straightened out a confusing electrical issue in no time.

The HVAC crew that came out were very courteous, and professional. They worked methodically and explained everything that they were gonna do beforehand. The new AC unit and furnace look great! The AC unit is whisper quiet and very slim. I definitely recommend Mr. Poppy!

Great work Victor, Alejandro and Leo! Great turnaround wiring my bathroom, 2 laundries and a kitchenette in a day!

I had a quick job of running an ethernet under the crawl space. Misa arrived on time and communicated well because the project was a bit bigger than we expected. He was very easy to work with and even removed a rat in the trap under the house. Thanks Mr. Poppy! Also our mini-splits that were installed a few months ago are life savers.

I highly recommend Mr. Poppy Electric and HVAC. We initially wanted to upgrade outlets for a portable AC, but the project evolved into a full mini-split installation, garage electrical cleanup, and a last-minute EV charger.

Andrei, one of the owners, is a neighbor who popped over for a quick quote and remained incredibly communicative at every step. His pricing was reasonable, and the crew was scheduled for the very next week.

HVAC (Koby & Santino): Kind and responsive. They checked in on every design decision to ensure the aesthetics were right and provided a thorough walkthrough on how to clean the filters and condensers.

Electrical (Alexander, Jose & Choenyi): Alexander caught several design issues early. Since the walls were already open for the service plan, he gave me a great "in the moment" price to finally add the EV charger I’d been considering.

The Experience: Despite long days, the guys were always smiling and worked together seamlessly. They were also exceptionally tidy—I’m used to a mess with contractors, but they finished the job by cleaning up everything.

It is a huge relief to have a "solid crew" on the team. We have more work to do in the future, and Mr. Poppy will be our first call!

We needed to add an ethernet run under our house and Andrei was quick to get us scheduled in the next week. Misa arrived on time and was polite and communicative. He even got a mouse trap with a mouse in it from under the house… above and beyond. Thanks so much!

Adrian Garcia was the rep that came out to inspect my furnace and AC. Really knowledgeable individual. Told me the ins-and-outs of the industry and ultimately focused on helping me. He was able to repair my unit and check on the work of other contractors (whom seem to have gave me misinformation and charged me for it). I appreciate Adrian's candor and would HIGHLY recommend Mr Poppy moving forward. I have an electrical job also and am pretty stoked to see how they will help me there
